Return Policy
We are so confident in our products that we offer a 10 day approval period on the sale of all new boats and trailers subject to the exclusions noted below. So, if you don't like the look of the boat and / or trailer when you take delivery, you have 10 days to simply return them to us for your money back. No questions asked. Goods must be in an ‘as new’ condition to be accepted for either refund or exchange and we ask that you please contact us prior to returning any items.
Note, this return policy is in addition to and does not affect your right to return under warranty.
EXCLUSIONS
Any item that has been placed in the water or shows any signs of use or wear will not be accepted for exchange or return.
We regret that we cannot accept returns on engines or on boats that have been subject to any significant customer specified modifications, i.e. the fitting of ski arches, consoles etc., unless by prior written agreement.
The customer is responsible for all cost associated with shipping. These will be deducted from any refund and additional charges may be applicable in exchange transactions.
