What about payment?  

Once you've decided on your boat with the fit-out to suit your needs and any accessories, we will prepare you a full invoice. The price quoted on that invoice is valid for 2 weeks from date of issue. Quotes are in NZ dollars unless otherwise stated and will be inclusive of GST but exclusive of insurance, freight or delivery charges unless specified. 

A deposit is payable to secure any order. Deposits will be the greater of either $500 or 10% of the total order value. 

We require a 50% deposit of the total order value prior to any irrevocable purchases or customer specified modifications being made. This includes, but is not limited to, the buying and/or fitting of engines, consoles and other accessories. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable.

Payment can be made by:

Direct credit

EFTPOS

Cash

Personal or bank cheque (please allow time for cheque to clear)

Visa debit

Visa (surcharge of 3% applies)

Mastercard (surcharge of 3% applies)

All goods must be paid for in full prior to release or dispatch to the customer.

Do you offer any guarantees?

Not only do we offer a limited warranty on all sales but we also offer a 10-day approval period on the sale of any boat or trailer subject to the exclusions noted below. Goods must be in an as new condition to be accepted for either refund or exchange.

EXCLUSIONS

Any item that has been placed in the water or shows signs of use or wear will not be accepted for exchange or refund.

We regret that we cannot accept returns on engines or on boats that have been subject to any significant customer specified modifications, i.e. the fitting of ski arches, consoles, etc, unless by prior agreement.

The customer is responsible for all costs associated with shipping.  These will be deduced from any refund and additional charges may be applicable on exchange transactions.
